Mediator Training offers an innovative Alternative Dispute Resolution programme designed to teach and practically utilise the required skills and methods needed for successful mediation, conflict resolution or conflict avoidance.

This unique course looks at verbal and non-verbal communication in an approach to examine the underlying reasons for dispute / conflict. We explain the strategies that parties employ when in dispute with each other. We inform participants on the course how to identify and deal with the rigid confrontational attitudes invariably adopted by parties in such situations.

The course is equally applicable to commercial disputes as it is to other more personal ones, and highlights the behaviour patterns people adopt in any conflict situation through non-verbal language. Therefore, the skills acquired on the course will fully equip the successful participant to deal with all commercial and other mediations.
